Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to the United States. Soon, we would love to open shipping options to Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia, among many other countries!

 

What's the deadline for same-day fulfillment?

The deadline for same-day fulfillment (your order is packed and shipped the same day you place it) is 12:00pm EST/EDT.

 

I put in the wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

You can! Fill out our Contact form with the address you would like to change, and we can adjust it for you!

 

What's the difference between "A-Grade" and "B-Grade"?

A-Grade products are products in our inventory with no visible defects; their coloring is good, their margins and borders are where we like them, they aren't offset, and there's no damage to edges or corners. A-Grades are sold at full price.

B-Grade products have minor defects from our preferred standard, sometimes in color variation, in offset printing or margins, slight paper damage, or in having small bends to the edges or corners. These are sold at a lower price than A-Grades.

 

Do you collect sales tax/VAT tax? I didn’t see it on my invoice.

As of now, sales taxes are only collected from Kentucky addresses. We will notify customers and followers on our social platforms when/if this changes in the future! (last update: November 13, 2025)

 

Do you use generative AI in your work?

Nope! Everything you see on the site, from products to branding materials to product descriptions, were made with time, love, and care, without the use of generative artificial intelligence.
